2. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The withdrawal period begins the day you receive the goods.

3. How to Exercise Your Right

To withdraw, send a clear statement to office@slozarinrrphel.world. You may use our template or any other clear statement. We will confirm receipt.

4. Return of Goods

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Products must be returned in original, unopened packaging where possible. You bear the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective.

5. Refund

We will refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. We use the same payment method you used. We may withhold refund until we receive the goods.

6. Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, sealed products that have been opened may not be eligible for return. We may deduct from the refund if the product value has decreased due to handling beyond what is necessary.

7. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will replace the product or refund you according to applicable consumer rights.
